Ontowin is a research and innovation project funded under the Eurostars programme, developed by a consortium of four organisations: JeoIT / Evolved.city (Netherlands & Turkey), Karel (Turkey), Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) (Netherlands), and Univia (Netherlands).

2. What Data We Collect
We collect only the personal data you voluntarily provide through our contact form:
- Full name
- Work email address
- Organisation name
- Any message content you choose to share
We do not collect data automatically beyond what is described in our Cookie Policy, and we do not track individual user behaviour across sessions.
3. How We Use Your Data
Data submitted via the contact form is used solely to:
- Respond to your enquiry or demo request
- Share relevant information about the Ontowin project
- Follow up on partnership or pilot discussions
We do not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we do not sell or share it with third parties except as described below.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests (responding to your inbound enquiry) and, where applicable, consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
5. Data Sharing
Your contact form submissions are processed via EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service. EmailJS processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy. No other third parties receive your personal data unless required by law.
6. Data Retention
We retain contact form data for a maximum of 24 months from the date of submission, or until you request deletion, whichever comes first.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Object to or restrict processing
